Daily Schedule (Sample)
- 7:00 AM: Morning meditation or breathwork session (45 min).
- 8:00 AM: Nourishing plant-based breakfast.
- 9:30 AM: Yoga or movement class.
- 12:00 PM: Mindful lunch with silence encouraged.
- 2:00 PM: Free time — spa treatments, nature walks, journaling.
- 4:00 PM: Workshop (varies by retreat theme).
- 6:30 PM: Evening yoga or sound bath.
- 7:30 PM: Light dinner and community gathering.
What to Bring
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for yoga and movement.
- Journal and pen for reflection exercises.
- Personal toiletries (eco-friendly products provided).
- An open mind and willingness to disconnect.
We encourage guests to limit screen time. Some retreats are fully tech-free by design.
