- Duration: Weekend (2 nights), Mid-week (3 nights), Full Week (6 nights).
- Focus: Yoga & Meditation, Detox & Nutrition, Stress Recovery, Creative Healing, Silent Retreat.
- Location: Mountain lodges, coastal sanctuaries, forest retreats, or urban wellness centres.
Making a Booking
- Select your retreat and preferred dates on the booking calendar.
- Choose your accommodation type (shared, private, or suite).
- Complete a short wellness intake form so our facilitators can personalise your experience.
- Pay a 30% deposit to secure your spot. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Group Bookings
Travelling with friends or colleagues? Groups of 5+ receive a 10% discount. Contact our retreats team for bespoke group packages and corporate wellness days.
