Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is our policy for cancellations and transfers.

Cancellation Timeline

Notice Given	Refund
60+ days before retreat	Full refund minus 10% admin fee
30–59 days before retreat	50% refund or full credit for future retreat
14–29 days before retreat	Credit only (valid 12 months)
Less than 14 days	No refund. Credit at our discretion.

Transferring Your Booking

You may transfer your booking to another person at any time up to 7 days before arrival at no charge. Please notify us in writing with the new guest's details.

Retreat Cancellation by Zen Wellness

In the rare event that we must cancel a retreat (e.g. natural disaster, insufficient bookings), all guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another retreat date.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers retreat cancellations. We can provide documentation to support your insurance claim if needed.
